Wall 2 (Sydney)

Wall 2 is the Sydney-side sibling of Melbourne’s original ‘Wall café’ in Balaclava (also designed by Six Degrees). The design of Wall 2 takes advantage of its position on a sloping street corner in Surrey Hills by opening up on both sides, and through the inclusion of a street server for take away coffees. The result is an inviting, vibrant café which blurs the boundary between sidewalk and interior.

The project also included the design of a serviced apartment and residence above the café.
