Crumpler Stores
Over the past ten years Six Degrees have designed a total of fifteen retail stores for Australian bag label Crumpler in locations around Australia as well as internationally; including Tokyo, Beijing, Vancouver, Hong Kong, Manila and two stores in Manhattan, New York.
Each store was designed individually in response to the existing site conditions however they all share a common concept: that the space should be a sculptural, neutral background allowing the bags to speak for themselves.
The design of the stores has evolved over the years to reflect the development of the Crumpler brand, while always maintaining a raw, hands-on aesthetic resonant of Crumpler’s grass-roots beginnings.
