The Hampton East estate redevelopment, led by Homes Victoria and delivered by Icon Construction, is part of the second Ground Lease Model project.

This project will provide 285 new social, affordable, and market-rate homes across eight lower scale buildings, ranging from 2 to 4 storeys. The design focuses on creating dignified, modern, and energy-efficient homes that meet current accessibility standards.

With new communal spaces, including a community room, café, vegetable garden, and playground, the development fosters connection and creates a welcoming and safe environment for residents. Thoughtfully designed landscaping and open spaces will integrate the site with its surrounding neighbourhood.
