Hotel Sorrento has been an essential part of the Mornington Peninsula for 150 years and family-run for the past 40. A major redevelopment by Six Degrees, has placed this heritage-listed hotel on the map as a modern luxury destination.

Stage 1 of the redevelopment is now complete. It includes a transformation into a 50-key boutique hotel embracing the views across Port Phillip Bay, new wellness facilities, a day spa, a 25m lap pool, a private sun deck, underground carpark, a new restaurant entry and front bar.

The design uses soft, light tones and materials to create a calming and relaxing environment, in line with the character of the historical building, connecting guests to the serene surrounding landscape.
