The design includes double-height warehouse-style lofts on the lower levels, offering a unique apartment mix. Sustainability is a key focus, with rooftop solar, cycling facilities, reduced car dependency due to proximity to Anstey Station, and excellent daylight and cross-ventilation throughout the apartments and workspaces.
