The Flemington Housing Renewal, led by Homes Victoria and delivered by Icon Construction, creates 366 new social and affordable homes on the Flemington Housing estate.

Designed with buildability and low maintenance in mind, the Public Private Partnership (PPP) project features safe pedestrian access, welcoming open spaces, and community amenities like parks, a community room, and a play area, fostering connection.
